Cancellations & Order Changes
Because every item is made to order, we have a short window to make changes. Please email support@thelovesparkle.com within 2 hours of placing your order to cancel it or correct your personalization details. Requests received within this window will be honored. After 2 hours your order may have entered production and can no longer be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
Returns & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@thelovesparkle.com
- Include your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue
- Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible
Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, for an incorrect size or style chosen by the customer, or for personalization typed incorrectly at checkout.
