Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or if you received an incorrect item, we are here to make it right!

We will gladly provide a free replacement at no cost to you for any of the following issues:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., a broken clasp, flawed engraving, cracked pendant).

  • Damage sustained during shipping.

  • Receiving an incorrect item (different from what you ordered).

To be eligible for a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@thelovesparkle.com.

  2. Include your Order Number and a clear photo or video showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Order Changes

All of our products are specially made to order. If you wish to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, we may have already started the production process, and we cannot guarantee we can accommodate your request.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Because each item is uniquely made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. This includes:

  • Buyer's remorse (if you've changed your mind).

  • Incorrect size or style ordered by the customer.

  • Spelling or personalization errors made by the customer during the ordering process.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

We kindly ask that you double-check all personalization details and your shipping address before placing your order.

Refund

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the return.

Lost Packages

 

If your order's tracking number shows it was lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.

Please note, we are not responsible for packages that are marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.
