Please email support@thelovesparkle.com within 2 hours of placing your order to cancel it or correct your personalization details. Requests received within this window will be honored. After 2 hours your order may have entered production and can no longer be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
Returns & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you.

- Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible
