1. Order Processing & Production Time

 

Every piece at The Love Sparkle is specially made to order just for you. This means there is a production time before your order can be shipped.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to craft your item and prepare it for shipment (excluding weekends and holidays). 

  • Notifications: You will receive an order confirmation email right after your purchase. You will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods like holidays, production times may be slightly extended.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping to the United States, Canada, and many other international destinations. The total delivery time is the sum of our production time and the shipping time.

For orders shipping to the United States:

For orders shipping to Canada:

Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

We are pleased to ship our products to customers around the world.

Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country's customs department are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Love Sparkle is not responsible for these charges.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped (after the 2–5 day production time), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
