Cancellations & Order Changes

Please email support@thelovesparkle.com within 6 hours of placing your order to cancel it or correct your personalization details. Requests are reviewed during business hours. After 6 hours your order has entered production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Returns & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send you a free replacement at no cost to you.

- Include your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue
- Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible
