Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order? Because every piece is lovingly made to order, there is a production time before your item ships.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to craft your special gift.

  • Shipping Time: After production, your order will be shipped. Standard shipping times are typically 5–8 business days for the USA, and 8–20 business days for international orders.

Your total estimated delivery time is the production time + shipping time.

How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we are proud to ship our heartfelt gifts to customers all around the world! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs or import fees required by their country.

What is your jewelry made of? Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality, durable materials designed to last. Most of our pieces are made from polished stainless steel, with beautiful finish options including brilliant 14k white gold and timeless 18k yellow gold. Our products are hypoallergenic and will not tarnish.

How should I care for my jewelry? To keep your jewelry sparkling, we recommend avoiding contact with harsh substances like perfumes, lotions, and cleaning chemicals. A gentle wipe with a soft, clean cloth is the best way to maintain its shine.

I made a spelling mistake on my personalized order. Can I change it? We understand that mistakes happen! Because our personalized items are immediately sent into production, we have a very small window to make changes. Please contact us at [support@thelovesparkle.com] within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make a correction. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after this period.


Returns & Policies

What is your return policy? Your happiness is our guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect product, we will gladly send you a free replacement.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right.

Because every piece is made to order just for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or customer errors, such as incorrect spelling or ordering the wrong style.
